About SDM Sports Massage Therapy

Sarah is an ITEC Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist fully insured with The Sports Massage Association; with further qualifications in Myofascial Cupping, Indian Head Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Sports Injuries/Rehabilitation.

Sarah began her Sports Therapy career in 2007 qualifying with The Football Association and her interest in soft tissue therapy came from hours spent on treatment tables whilst playing football, hockey and training for marathons. The ethos at SDM Sports Massage Therapy is very clear – to identify and treat patients as thoroughly and efficiently as possible; helping you get back to everyday life or the sport you love as quickly as possible.

We also work closely with patients to develop a treatment and rehabilitation plan bespoke to you, your body and your lifestyle. Sarah is experienced in treating a wide range of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions in addition to work/lifestyle/laptop related postural pain.
